Brick manufacturer. Family business. With a team of currently 75 employees, we produce up to 25 million bricks annually, which are used in modern and award-winning architecture throughout Europe.

Who you are:
As the right hand of the owner and a leader, you are responsible for the entire plant and production, supported by technical and production management. In addition to the continuous further development of production processes, product development and innovation are particularly important to you, because special solutions and special firings are our speciality.

You are a decision-maker, have a structured way of working and use your project and personnel responsibility to achieve high productivity and quality. As a service-oriented person, both customers and employees can rely on you. You are an engineer or technician and have professional experience in the field of ceramics/brickmaking, especially in the area of dryers and kilns.

We are looking for a team-oriented, motivating and strong personality who identifies with the product brick and our values and who is committed and goal-oriented when facing challenges.
