We know that we can only achieve our goals together. To this end, everyone contributes their ideas and suggestions. Solutions are developed together and respectfully. Since we are human beings, mistakes can happen. This is, unfortunately, unavoidable. We are very sorry about this and we apologise to everyone affected by it. But above all - and this is crucial - we are doing everything we can to put a permanent stop to those mistakes that have occurred.

Do I act fairly, am I honest?
Do I really give my best, do I take responsibility?
Do my actions have negative effects on others?
Have I shared all my ideas and suggestions?
Have I interviewed everyone in the team who can contribute to the solution or to the achievement of objectives?
Do I always treat my counterpart with respect?
Do the others know and do I know what to do?
What do I do to bring us closer to our goals?
Does anyone need my help to help us move forward faster?
