Frans Van Voorst - our new man in the Netherlands

Our 130-year company history is based on a wide range of bricks, but above all on the performance and passion of our employees for brick as a building material and for architecture. Koert Ploeger, for example, has been advising our customers in the Netherlands for more than 15 years. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Koert for this and wish him a well-deserved retirement.

In October 2020, Frans Van Voorst has competently taken over the baton from him. Most recently, Frans was Project Sales Manager for the designer fittings manufacturer Dornbracht, and is well-versed in the construction industry. Although his radius of movement is somewhat limited due to the current situation, cross-border visits to the factory are time-consuming and much of the work takes place in his home office, as an avowed brick enthusiast he is pleased to be part of our team. "Brick is an honest building material. With its durability and the many shapes, structures and colours it offers, it is ideal for sustainable and creative building".
